Description: haruko is the older brother of vahn. a magic user. he specializes in ice. he can use other spells but will only use them when necessary. he carries around with him his staff. carved from a special tree called the tree of magic. given to him by his father. the jewels embeded in it from zeons. ice to be specific. it can absorb the sunlight making it into an attack. like a reflector of some sort. haruko is a very caring and understanding fellow. he is wise as well. he is very protective of vahn and will make sure nothing happens to him. though things changed when he took his brother with him to wander. and that's what vahn did. he wandered off. so haruko's been spending his time looking for him. haruko's the one who gave vahn the collar bell. it's purpose was so he knew where vahn was if he ever wandered off too far.
