a cabbage head :P
i saw a pic of a guy dressed as a lettuce.(http://www.theodoresworld.net/pics/0607/lettuceImage1.jpg) my friend went trough a phase of calling people cabbage head's and the pic reminded me of that :)
i did a basic drawing using a 2b and then polished it in photoshop
