It's not retarded, though the shading seems to be a bit odd. I'm not sure what angle your lighting source is at because of the way you shaded, so that's something that I don't really enjoy about the picture. Also, the CG of it needs improvement, I can tell that you either just used a mouse, or you actually just fill-flooded the picture. Other than that though, the pictuer looks okay. I wouldn't say retarded, though I wouldn't say great. ^^ It's a nice picture, don't get me wrong. ^^ I'm just saying, it needs a little bit of improvement. Also, I like the way you did the hair, it looks nice, but with shading it needs lighting, and it doesn't have that sort of 'shimmer' that most healthy hair has in real life. If you look in a mirror, with the lights on then you'll see what I'm talking about. Other than that, it's very nicely done. I think you did a great job, though, far be it from great, it's not retarded. ^^ It's good. ^^ Nice work, and keep it up. ^^
