Companions - Mindy Runnels.
Power - His Omnixx Necklace gives him the ability of transforming into 9 aliens. Think of it has Ben's watch with less aliens.
How he got his power - He found the Omnixx after his parents and brother were abducted.

Yes, his parents and bro were kidnapped by aliens. Here's the story:

Tyson's family were abducted by aliens. He saw it with his own eyes. The only one who believes him is Mindy, her own parents being murdered by aliens. He met Mindy at an orphanage and the two set off on a journey to find Tyson's family. So they're bound to run into Ben, right..?

lol, glad I could help you find episodes ^^ They even have the movie on there! Man, I still need to download that movie XD I think Youtube used to have episodes but then CN put up a copywrite claim and all the episodes were taken down along with all of my other fave tv shows! Especially shows like Foster's, Camp Alzlo and the Powerpuff Girls! They are only on at like 12 at night here so I used to watch them on Youtube but then Youtube took them all off! Wen the Ben 10 episodes were on Youtube, one of the videos mentioned Ben-10.net and now I can download all the episodes! lol XD

I know, dumb CN! I was so mad when I found out about copywrite claims ¬_¬ I wish I knew a sight where you could download Naruto episodes from but iv'e never looked before! If I find one i'll let you know ^^

Yup, thank goodness for Ben-10.net! I also like Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and theres a website called Fosters-Home.com with episodes but no new episodes are on there which is kinda annoying! I also joined Super Cartoon Network just to get frr episodes of my fave tv shows but they only have, like 10 episodes of each show ¬_¬
