You know, that guy from the crowd scenes! So anyways I got my tablet and it's AWESOME! I ended up realizing the Photoshop Elements we got was a piece of crap. This was traced over in Corel Painter instead.
EDIT: Found out his name is... JEREMY!!! His name is mentioned ONCE in the episode Legion of Evil. Oh, and Photoshop doesn't suck.
