Neato, I lurve dragons! I'm not an expert on drawing them, but I'm alright at them I suppose. I really like the red and blue scales and you shaded and highlighted lovely ^^ The claws and tail are relaly neat! the wings aren't perfect, but that's prolly cos of the angle they're at.
