What's with the hands? They're black blocks. Besides, the body is too small. Either make the head smaller or the body bigger next time. In this picture, she looks around 11, 12. Eyelashes in the Sonic series are at the top of the eyes (WHEN ALL THE WAY OPEN OF COURSE) and gradually thicken towards the end of the eye's rounded corner. Then there are these thick, but not too thick, long black lines that end just inside of the head, sometimes outside. Or, it COULD be her chibi style. I do my eyelashes like that too. Black blocks for hands is actually a common chibi style. You need to lighten up a little, and let people draw the way they want to draw. If you want to citicize something, go to the forums.
