I drew it completely in pen, and colored in his eye but that was all. Yet again, one of my characters from [Shiroi Kokkaku] that I'm not putting on here...only because the posting-a-story thing confuses me. xD YES he is missing an arm. And his hand was suppost to be bleeding but I couldn't make it appear that way too well.
