Yes, it's my character Arekusandoria Tsuki AGAIN. Even though I draw her alot, I only uploaded two pictures of her. >>; Um...I drew this at the park one day, and I didn't know it was going to come out like this. But it did, and I have no clue why she's wearing that...I was trying to draw lolita, but I dunno if it even looks like it anymore. =/
