This is Hayasaka Erika, from the manga Megatokyo. I drew her, 'cuz she's one of my fav characters from the manga I really like her ;).
I used some coloring tips from Trinity_Fire's coloring tutorial and I'm really pleased with the result :)
She's Fred Gallagher's character, not mine. Aswell as Belphegor.
