Help me

My gosh!! x.x That's exactly what everyone keeps telling me to do!! x.x

All of my friends are going through all this stuff and keep asking me what to do, asking me for help. I'm happy they can come to me with their problems and all but..;.; I cry alot, because alot of the things they're going through is horrible - and, being a friend, it hurts me as well.

And people keep telling me to 'never give up' and 'be strong' and 'don't be discouraged even for a second'. Shouldn't everyone be able to feel weak sometimes? I don't get how people want us to find this courage. It isn't like it poofs up out of thin air.
