its Vampy! I entered her in the "Magic" contest I think. done during band...(there was a sub that day). Not actually drawn on parchmenty paper, I just weirded it so that it would look kinda oldish. I think it look better this way. there is a little blade hanging from her finger. it would really hurt you if you ticked her off...
