Never drawn him before, and I'm not very good at anime, so forgive me. The outline is done in a sharpie, I can't find my inkwell...sigh, I feel like I cheated myself.
Done on rag vellum with prismacolors.

Oh wow; I really like this because of the emotion you give the character through posture and facial expression. I also like the clothing. Perhaps it is because I am not familiar so much with anime/manga, but that looks like a terrific drawing to me, whether or not you could use your india ink/calligraphy pens...
