This is not a half-bad pic for being drawn on paint. I cannot do digital outlines, I can only do digital coloring. However as I said, this is a decent pic.

I will give it a 6.7/10, I would have given the same advice as Garnet said above me though, try to make some lines look thicker to add more detail.

Well, I really like it! ^_^ I CANT draw amy..... Oh, heres a tip, dont just draw with the pencil tool. Try using different sizes, so the outline looks better ;3
