Description
This guy's supposed to be from Bartholomew, two years after Thirteen's story. In it, the country is expanding, and everyone's fighting for his own part of it. The number system is deteriorating, and Spike is one of the first to name himself after having a number his whole life.

Yeah...especially Vincent and Victor. They're known for their "anti-gravity" pants. Dirge's fit pretty good though, and Styx's.
