It's old, so don't knock it. Anyway, this a fairly important scene in the story...
Lord Bartholomew is telling his "punk-rock holocaust" subjects about his new plans...and his new adviser, Prometheus.
This is the last rally he has before he (SPOILER ALERT!!!)
is assassinated mysteriously. (SPOILER END)
Down in the bottom left corner with the short hair is Anne, Icki's would-be girlfriend. The mohawked one is Icki himself. Last but not least, that huge guy in the bottom right corner who could qualify for a Prodigy is Murdoch, Icki's best friend.
