This is my second pic in the festival pics...if you have no idea what I'm talking about go to the pic before this one...umm so ya I wanted this to be like a tribute to the Hurrican Katrina victims...like the light of hope in the background...the water...the light of hope looking like wings representing an angel...so ya...comments?
