my first FMA charrie-Whitley Marie

wheee! yay! finally! i post for once! i had alot of time to work with this one because i had another temporary internet outage, this is Whitley, she's awesome. ^^ and she is also known as the Plasmic Alchemist. She's very unstable with her powers, and is learning and training herself how to use them. She's 15 years old, and very adoreable might I add, she's very bold and outgoing, and was stuck in a 7 year old's body until she was 14. comments plz, they would be much appreciated, and I'm SOOOO proud with this peice of work, because I've gotten alot better with my paint and anatomy skills. made with MS Paint, and Photo Impression 4
