Another Naruto OC, Akuma~!

She's the only character I've ever made with a Kekkei Genkai, so I'm rather proud.
She's fifteen, a new chuunin, and a new missing-nin hailing from Yukigakure [Snow Village]. She didn't have any reason for leaving. She just felt like it. xD
The kekkei genkai's called the Touketsugan, and it allows elemental-based chakra to be controlled. In her case, it's snow/ice/wintery chakra.
Her summon is an Arctic Hare. ;3
