Wow, very, very nice shading here!! You can work on anatomy another time, I suppose, but here's just a few small tips:
For one, her eyes are real lovely, but as this is anime, make sure the white hightlights are kept strictly to the eyes. Any excess white outside makes it look like she got tanned all over except on around her eyes, and I'm sure that wasn't your intention!!
As well, I love the tattoo along her face, but with the pure black hair, it's hard to tell where the hair ends and the tattoo begins. Either change the color of the tattoo, or lighten up the hair some, and I think it'll work much better then.
Otherwise though, a truly gorgeous piece of work!! I love the black lips, and the shading on the eyes, oh my, well, that sure seems perfected. ;)
