Hey this is really good! NICE JOB! I just totally love the colors you used!The eyes look just wounderful! :D
Now, the only thing I don't like about the picture is the mouth, You should keep on working with Photo Shop don't worry I will comment so I can support you at any other time ^_^

::snort:: Wow, that title made me crack up. Not sure why, but it did. XDDDLLOYD~! And, oh, what a splendid job of it~! I have to say, really, really, your lineart is getting to be just so downright spectacular. Really. This is just gorgeous, it is. Nice solid lines where needed, soft and light where else. Lloyd's rather small eyes give him the impression of being older, which fits the Organization XIII thing.
And lovely job with the shading and coloring. Just a little bit of tweaking on faces now (in particular, his nose is rather still amateuristically drawn, I'm sorry) and he'll look just terrific!
