Whooa, not bad! Your shading and coloring is getting really bold and sharp. The shadows/gray on Sasuke turned out very well, but I think you could work some more with the skin color on Naruto's face. The black is too sharp in many places, and yet completely absent from the other half, so it's a bit too sharp a contrast. Next time, blend in the black more solidly with the yellow.
Otherwise... a few anatomy tweaks, and you'll be getting along in no time. :)
