I'd say no, but Validus has been depicted as 25–30 feet tall (as he first appeared on the cover of DC Adventure comics #352). Galactus' probably bigger as his size varies...but in the cartoons Validus height is 8-10 feet tall and robot, what's up with that?

In my opinion “CrystalSabre”, Validus is no way near the cosmic force that Galactus is...unless some writer decides to make it so... But He's stronger than Superman, invulnerable, immune to telepathy and able to generate electrical bolts to knockout Superman at first strike.
