This was a generated character, but I've lost the original description....T_T Ah, well! I used to have a top just like that when I was 13, I only wore it to the beach and back garden though. It was so pretty, but it got waaaay too tight as I grew!

I like the background, and the colours are very nice. One issue I have though is her top. Personally, I think she would look much better with a higher neckline.
