This is my contest entry for Jbelle's Poke'mon X Contest! =D
Here's the description about this Poke'mon:
Triste [tree-stay] is a ghost/water type Poke'mon that is crying almost 24/7. It's main habitat is hiding up above the clouds or hidden somewhere moist on land. It's rarely seen and hard to find since it is invisible most of the time and is naturally nocternal. Some say that if you manage to get this Poke'mon to smile, it will never leave your side ever and form an unbreakable bond of friendship with you.
Sorry that I drew such a sad Poke'mon (Hey! 'Triste' means 'sad' in Spansih >3<), I was listening to 'Bring Me To Life' while I was drawing...I don't know why...the lyrics just motivated me to draw something moody. ^^; Oh yeah...the things under Triste are the legs. They're kinda...crossed over...so you can't really tell what they are, I'm sorry! ^_^; I hope y'all like it! =D

Oh, I forgot to add why Triste cries all the time! Well, here's the reason:Legends say that Triste was originally a phycic/water type Poke'mon, but unfortunatly its phycic part of its abilities was the ability to feel everyone's pain and sadness. Day after day, the Triste carried burden and sadness, weighing down on each of them while uncontrolled tears flooded down their faces. Soon its phycic ability became to much to bear, so the Triste wished upon a star, asking it to replace its ability with something else, anything...So the star granted its wish, making it half ghost type so it can hide from the world so no one else can hurt it anymore. But still...the memories of all the sadness it used to burden still carried on in their heart, so it continues to cry. Its lifes goal is to smile at least once and find a true friend.
