Glinda's face is awesome but needs to alter the head. The back head should be wider. Elphaba's chin looks okay to me :D in a cool style of curvy chins. Glinda's hand should show more knuckles on bottum of the bookie she's holding and that's all! LOOK SO AWESOME love the posture too :] and cant wait to see it colored cuz itll look soo much better :D.
