Description
This is my first try at drawing Dialga(or if you prefer Diaruga).
Hopefully it looks like what it should look like. Or else I'll be sad.

Anyway, there's an hourglass in the background because
1) It would've looked like a blah background
2) I wanted to make a decent background
3) Dialga controls time....and hourglasses go with it. I mean, I didn't want to draw a clock. Too simple for me.
