I have this exact same picture of the ballerina on the cover a book I have at home, called "The Art of Pencil Drawing". You came close, you messed up on the shoes and the face. Other than that, well done.

you have some real talent and i am sure that is no news to you but i have to tell you that i love this artwork. the composition works so well and the expression is so beautiful. the only suggestion i have is to take some time to do a little more work on the hand in the fore front. it needs some more shadowing and detail perhaps?
