This picture was done on Paint. It is of Mink, my dimension-traveling thief who takes things because they're really pretty. Do not be too hard on it, for I have never used the computer as an art medium before.

Was this with a tablet or a mouse? I can't really tell because it seems that you have the same effects when drawing on the comp in a sketchy style as me when I draw with my tablet. Except I get messier sketches because the tablet is harder than mouse.

Either way you're on your way to getting great, now for tips... Maybe practicing everey once in a while and before drawing a picture try to either draw a messy draft of it or/and you could imagine what you want to come out.
But one thing is most important: Don't give yourself too high expectations of yourself, I know this from former mistakes in drawing and life.
