Description

this is a contest entry for ransons pokemon contest. i think this is my best work yet but my scanner still messed up the color. if you think you seen this pore befor your right. its from destiny deoxys befor the final battle. I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS RAYQUAZA IS THE STRONGEST, COOLEST, AND ALL AROUND BEST POKEMON EVER.
