This is my first picture of Markov! Along with a German Doctor, there is also dialogue with this picture, although some of the characters in the dialogue aren't in the picture:

Kyle: What the hell just happened? Everyone okay?

Markov: Ugh... I feel like I will throw up...

German Doctor: A mere side effect, Russian.

Markov: *throws up*

Vex: Oh....

German Doctor: Everything is normal...

Kyle: Let's just get this done... *loads gun*
