Remus/Tonks fanart100 entry - #13 yellow
This scene was taken from the fic Blood on the Moon, but The Portkey. Dumbledore walks in on a somewhat intimate scene between the two of them in the hallway. Remus's eyes are amber due to the closeness of the full moon, and Tonks doesn't realise she's matched her eyes to his. (Her appearance and clothing are such because just prior to this she was on an undercover assignment.) The concept of the two of them standing in a darkened hallway with these bright yellow eyes was just too interesting of a scene not to draw.

You're right. The whites probably shouldn't glow like the irises, but I liked it as it was so I didn't really mind the lack of realism. (I have so many entries for this thing at this point. This is a very nice image, but the whites of the eyes shouldn't glow, like the irises. Maybe, try shading the whites just a bit to see if you like it. Either way, i think it looks great!
