I've tried to capture as recogniseable a likeness as I could with this. What do you peeps think? (Her arms aren't really that short btw. She is holding both hands forward , so her forearms do appear somewhat foreshortened.)

I have a idea if you want to show her arms have more of a bend you should add more creases in her clothing around the inner fold of her arm, Or shading. both should have some effect.
I love her hair by the way, The shading is really good too. :D

Thanks for your suggestions ShadowMagic. (I was thinking to try something on those lines myself.) I also need to add to the detail at the left hand side of her dress. Oh well - back to the drawing board! (literally)
