Who is she?

Description

I thought it would be funny if Zelda was a sailor scout so I tried to draw Zelda as a sailor scout. I guess this is what Zelda trying on when Diamond wore her gown. I didn't finish it so keep an eye for it when its finish. Enjoy.^^
