Awesome picture.I do have some comments on it though. The hands are really the only fault, IMO. The fingers look abnormally big and the shading on them almost creates a focus onto the fingers rather than the face. I think more elegant fingers would be nice and possibly shade the hands as well or just don't shade the fingers (or at least don't shade them as much)...either one would fix the problem.
