ok this is an origanal Character named Garnet.
ummmm, If your wondering why he is all beat up it is because, ummmmm....
Well he has no parents, and his home is in the woods, one day he met a girl who has cat ears and a cat tail met him and suggested school to him. what he didn't know was that the ppl are racist against dog/cat ppl.... any who, so because of that he gets beatten up alot, but goes to school just to see that girl cause if she gets cault in the woods with him, she could get beatten to death by her foster parents, (but she sneeks out sometimes, like once a month, cause thats all she can.... oh and if your wondering why she doesn't get beat-up its because she hides her ears and tail, some how....)Garnet on the other hand doesn't want to cover up his ears and tail, cause he thinks every one has rights, and he wants to make it clear, but gets beat-up in the prosess....... yah.... Its a sad story.... any who this is Garnet after school, when its raining.... (this is also an expiriment picture for blood, cuts, bruses, rain, tears, blood stains, inking, and gold.)
any way tell me what you think and if I should write a story bout Garnet, and what the girl should look like and if you want me to draw her!!! thanks and please comment, and a BIG thank you to any one who took the time to read this! thanks!

omg, no one has commented on this??!! anyway, i think that this is incredible and this is why: *ahem*1) the head and the neck are perfectly positioned and the the width of the shoulders in comparism to thhe neck and head is quite realistic.
2)I like the hair and the ears. despite the fact that you didn't draw individual strands of hair the ears look quite furry.
3)the expression portrays the characters emotions really well. i think that maybe the eyebrows are slightly too close together, but other than that it looks good. i like the shine in his eyes and the solitary tear ; just one tear makes the image more pure and powerful. ps: i like the markintgs an his eyes.
he cuts are pretty good especially the one on his shirt, but i think that they are lacking in depth; they don't really look as if their piercing the skin. but then i guess i can't say that, because i can't even draw anywhere near as good as this.
5)the bold use of shading and colouring is a nice touch, it makes the image stand out more. the back round is pretty cool as well; its not too plain but its not too elaborate either.
the story is really sad and touching. thefact that because of discrimination that hes been beat up is reflected in his eyes; he holds a sad, brave look about them. anyway, this is a fantastic picture. i hope to see more of your stuff posted up soon.
