Felt like uploading one of my older fanarts of characters I made. Well actually, if you remember from way back then, I had a character named Sparkle. This is her remade into a Water-type Pokémon trainer, and one of her Pokémon, Azumarill.
As for this piece, I remembered some of Azumarill's PokéDex entries stating it has the ability to make air 'balloons'. Yeah, I'm not joking, it says balloons. So I got creative with it. I was originally planning to do Rosa diving with an Azumarill since you can legitimately get one in Black 2/White 2, but I felt like this instead to ease up on the watery stuff I usually drew.
If you're nice and be polite, she'll hand you a balloon for free. ^_^
