TITLE: SvsWW - Andy
SUMMARY: My first fanart upload since the site change! =D
The picture I will use for my new comic, Sephiroth vs. Wars World. I should have the first page done soon though. ^__^
People unfamiliar with this character, this is Andy from Advance Wars series. He is an Orange Star Commanding Officer (or CO for short). He is really good at fixing stuff so his CO powers involved recovering hit points for units under his command. He is hyper and always ready to run into battle. Sometimes, he gets confused about...certain things, as a result, most people portray him as 'dumb'. I just portray him as a hyper (and sort of clueless) CO...
His wrenches...look flat... T__T And don't mind the half-body COs in the background with shoddy coloring applied to him...
