Summary:
Sugar's life has been hell ever since her parents were gone.
Her parents, Rose and Jack were in the Vietnam War. During the war, they developed post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD, and murdered almost everyone around them. They were sent to court and was sentenced to death. The family members of the people who were killed took all their hate on Sugar who was 4,her older sister Spice who was 11,and her older brother Grey who was 13.
