I was tired when I wrote this :P
Unfortunately the Mayor forgot to take into account that:
"Since I am dead, I can take off my head" (Or hand, or whatever.) So the grounding can't last long.

Why thank you! He's actually a pretty fun guy to color. (Can't say the same for Jack, unfortunately) I had to look up a couple different pics of him to draw it right :]Well, I hadn't actually thought about it. I was considering just a little doodle of Jack... ah, but I'd best not spoil the surprise if I'm to do it ;)
