this is ikazuchi raikou (that's how it would be written in japan, but i prefere it the other way). she has the thunder horse inside of her, just like naruto with the nine tailed fox demon. she will eventually be put into a new fan fic that i am writing. oh, she is from the village hidden in the clouds
