Filch!

Description

This is one of my newest OC's and now one of my favorites! Filch is a theif from a nasty town called Slum (nice name huh?) on the Luos Islands. His favorite weapon is his deck of cards which he throws like shuriken! Yes. That's a short description!

Filch came from the word "filcher" which means theif so it worked for me.

very nice but the hand that is holding the fire/spirit/swirly blue thing... the thumb is on the wrong side.
