yay! - my first picture on paint!! not bad for a first go - please leave comments - i would appreciate some pointers on how to improve from all you amazing paint artists out there!<br />
i'll explain the picture:<br />
this is Shar, one of my own characters that i created for a book i am writing called Zentai. i won't go into the plot - that would take far too long. basically, shar was appointed at birth, even before she was born, to be the saviour of existance, and to challenge and take on lucifer's expanding ego, and his belief that he can make something better. at birth, shar was visited by a phoenix (a bird of fire), and marked ~ which is the talon scratch on her right shoulder. as a fourteen-year-old, shar discovers her destiny, and begins to question if her whole life has been a lie. this picture is kind of about that talon mark - posing the question of what makes us who we are? this revelation shar has seen in a dream, visited by kina umiko, who i may post a picture of, is called the clause of the identity add-in, because this means that now she has this identity to carry with her. was she just born at the right time, or is it actually innate? these are questions which will be explored throughout the book.<br />
probably sounds crap now, but i'm sure it'll improve.
