tis marine the raccoon! :D i wanted to draw her for a while now and finish a pic with pen tool line-art :P and i did both.

i used MetalPandora's method of doing rings or wutever. http://metalpandora.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d45j8gk the way she did the blue rings around her wrist is how i did the gold rings used as ponytails (and how does that work?)
