The design isn't too different from Cream, But this didn't turn out too bad. :D
Cookie is basically a Boy Scout. He is always kind to everyone, Always trying to help out. He loves his father, Chocolate(Don't ask XD), And uses his Chao, Cake as a weapon, Much like with Cream and Cheese.
