A tutorial request... it's simple and easy to do.
I hope it helps any anime artists with paint[dot]net, and if you are an anime artist (who can't afford high-tech equipment) I recommend paint[dot]net which is free to download.
If you have any questions feel free to ask me I'd love to help in any way possible.
And remember this is my first tutorial... so it may not be great and I may have missed some things, but I hope you like it anyway

Layers are just what they sound like... they're like different pages stacked on top of one another. When the layer looks like it does in final step the layer is tranparent and allow for the layers beneath it to be seen :D I hope that helpsthingy on August 4, 2012, 7:43:31 PM
