Dang...I had to cut out some of Mr.B and kelly.......
Oh well....Anyway, Mr.B saw a pretty flower, and it was surrounded by splicers, so, as you can plainly see by the gore on his knuckles. After he fights off the splicers, he gives the flower to kelly.
