thats no tool, thats doing the shading pixel by pixel, with three or four different shades of each colour. Nice that I did it so well that it looks like it was done by a tool though :D - queenselphie

WOW!^_^ kawaaaaaiii lil dolly ava! I see the light tool was used on her clothes?? (didn't know ms paint had that capability) but, As I always say: I'm jealous of you ms paint ppl who can pixel. good job!
