yes luigi is tied to a bullet bill 0.0 and the babies are gunna get massacred by a chain chomp, bowsers gunna blow everyone up) yoshi wanted to be mario for a change so he stole mario's hat and made mario give him a ride 0.0 i know, its weird but anything goes, with mario and foes (hehe it rhymes ^_^) 0.0 incase you were wondering about the way luigi is styanding and what not i already explained 0.0 he might die but i'm sure he'll break free by burning the rope with his fire flower or something so yeah just to explain it
