Th skin tone is good here! The blush is extra nice. It rally lights up the face. The lighting of the heart is too bright though. ];

At first I thought the girl was a fan-character, but it's Naruto in his Sexy-No-Jutsu form.

This is really is a very well drawn picture. I especailly like the lighting effects.
